Off grid version:
We can offer a full off grid version of our tiny homes.
This includes solar panels, lithium ion battery bank, wind turbine, solar controller inverter, gas heating and cooker, rainwater collection system and 5 stage reverse osmosis filtration, mobile septic tank etc. Full details on request. Depending on your needs, prices start from £30000

Depending on the intricacy of your project, expect your bespoke tiny house to be ready within 12-14 weeks from the date of your order.
To kickstart the process, we request a 10 % deposit on signing the build agreement to secure your building slot. 30% payment when the build starts, followed by another 30% milestone at the 6-week mark, with the remainder due upon completion. Should you require financial assistance, we offer flexible options upon request.

the platform is a triple axle trailer, fully road-legal and custom-made for the tiny house project. the house is 7.2m long, 2.44m wide
on the floor and 3m wide on the top. the TH1 is at the highest point is 3.6m. this gives you 250 sqft / 23 sqm of living space.
the house is highly insulated, completely airtight and meets the passive house standards. heating costs are absolutely minimal.
